JCB20/JCB32 is the second generation CNC bevel gear milling machine of our company. It adopts Siemens 840D CNC operating system and is a six-axis five-linkage CNC machine tool.
This machine tool replaces the shaking table mechanism of the original gear milling machine with the straight line motion of the sliding plate cutter holder and the column, eliminating the shaking table, raceway and the worm gear pair of the shaking table, realizing the high-speed movement without clearance; the machine tool adopts the horizontal layout, and the bed, the column, the cutter axle box and the workpiece box all have good structure and rigidity of movement, high precision double-lead worm gear pair and precision. The dense spindle makes the machine indexing more accurate.
The machine tool can process orthogonal or non-orthogonal spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears.
On the basis of the original small modulus machine tool, this machine tool adds B-axis linkage, which can realize the processing technology of tool tilting method.
This machine tool not only meets the production of many varieties and small batches of products, but also meets the needs of large-scale production in batches.
This machine adapts to the production demand of small modulus spiral bevel gears for tobacco machinery, electric tools industry and textile machinery industry.
